
Boise State’s Remensperger Named MW Volleyball Freshman of the Week

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Boise State's Kiki Remensperger has been named the Mountain West Volleyball Freshman of the Week for Oct. 7. The freshman helped the Broncos sweep Air Force (3-1) and New Mexico (3-0) over the week as Boise State improved to 10-5 overall and 2-2 in conference.
The Freshman setter/outside hitter combined for 9 kills, a team-high 41 assists, one service ace, 17 digs, nine blocks and 14.5 points: while hitting .292 percent.
In the victory over Air Force, she hit .400 percent, with 27 assists, one ace, eight digs and a career-high seven blocks.
In the win against New Mexico, she had four kills, team-high 14 assists, nine digs and two blocks.
Boise State will continue MW play this week on the road at Colorado State on Thursday and at Wyoming on Saturday.
