
Cross Country Duo Wraps Up Season at Nationals

VERONA, Wis. – Kaiya Robertson finished 53rd and Joe Hudson placed 101st in the 2024 NCAA Cross Country Championships at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Course Saturday morning.

Robertson, who made her NCAA Championships debut, clocked a time of 20:14.8. Her 53rd-place finish is the best for any Bronco since Yasmin Marghini took home 35th in 2022.

In his second consecutive NCAA Championships appearance, Hudson recorded a time of 29:56.3 on the 10-kilometer course. He moved up 15 spots between the 5k-8k splits, ultimately finishing in 101st.

The Broncos will now look to the start of the indoor track & field season, which begins Dec. 6 at the Silver State Invitational and Multi.
