Bronco Nation Called to Action: Fan Vote for National Football Awards is Now Underway

BOISE, Idaho – Bronco Nation now has an opportunity to participate in the selection process for three national football awards. Fans are encouraged to vote every day. Please note each award has its own fan vote link and deadline. More information is below.
Spencer Danielson - Paul "Bear" Bryant Coach of the Year
Boise State head football coach Spencer Danielson was named to the Paul "Bear" Bryant Coach of the Year Award Watch List midway through his inaugural campaign as head coach.
Fans will have the chance to determine which coach will win the Fan Vote. Vote for Bronco football head coach Spencer Danielson today. The Fan Vote concludes at 10:59 MT on January 10, 2025.
RB Ashton Jeanty - Heisman Trophy
Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty has produced historic numbers this season. Fans are invited to cast their vote daily for their favorite Heisman Trophy candidate at the Nissan Heisman House. Voting ends in early December.
QB Maddux Madsen – Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award
Boise State quarterback Maddux Madsen has been named to the Davey O'Brien Award Class of 2024 the foundation announced. He is one of 35 players eligible for the award, given annually to the nation's best quarterback Award.
For the fifth straight year, the Fan Vote will take place on the award's three social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (X)—and the top five vote getters on each platform will receive bonus committee member ballots which will be added to the votes cast by the National Selection Committee.
To participate in the Fan Vote, fans must like the original Davey O'Brien Award (@daveyobrien) post highlighting Boise State's Maddux Madsen.
First-round voting will close Friday, Nov. 8 at 9:59 p.m. (MT). The semifinalists Davey O'Brien Award will be named on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
