90 Broncos Named Academic All-Mountain West

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Boise State had 90 student-athletes named to the Fall 2023 Academic All-Mountain West team, the conference announced today.
Football led the way with 38 selections, followed by women's soccer with 21. Men's cross country (12), volleyball (11) and women's cross country (8) rounded out the honorees for the Broncos. The group contributed to a historic fall semester for Boise State athletics, as the term GPA (3.42) and cumulative GPA (3.41) were the highest in department history.

To be eligible for academic all-conference accolades, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or better and must have competed in 50 percent of the team's completed varsity contests. Some latitude was permitted to accommodate student-athletes who were injured and unable to compete in the required number of games. The MW honored 834 student-athletes this semester.
