Four Boise State Broncos were honored by the Mountain West media. Tyson Degenhart to the first team, O'Mar Stanley to the third team and Chibuzo Agbo and Max Rice as honorable mention.

Four Broncos Honored by Mountain West Media

BOISE, Idaho - Four Boise State men's basketball players were honored with all-conference recognition in a vote by the media members who cover the league.

Tyson Degenhart led the four Broncos with his second-consecutive first-team honor, O'Mar Stanley was voted to the all-third team, and Max Rice and Chibuzo Agbo were recognized as honorable mention selections.

This is the first all-conference nod for Stanley and Agbo. Rice was voted to the media's third team last season. 

Tyson Degenhart
Degenhart finished the season on an absolute tear. The junior scored at least 20 points in 10 games during conference play, and was second in conference scoring at 18.2 points per game. He shot 54.2% from the field in Mountain West games while averaging 6.5 rebounds per game.
 
O'Mar Stanley
Stanley averaged totals of 14.4 points per game and 7.2 rebounds per game in conference play. Only Great Osobor  and Jaedon LeDee averaged better numbers in both categories in Mountain West games Stanley also blocked 20 shots in conference play, and he and Osobor were the only players in the league with over 400 points, 190 rebounds and 35 blocks.

Chibuzo Agbo
Agbo continued to progress as one of the nation's best 3-point shooters as a senior, while adding the ability to score within the arc. He averaged 12.4 points per game and 5.2 rebounds per game in Mountain West play, while shooting 42.5% from the field and 38.4% from beyond the arc. He and Isaiah Stevens were the only Mountain West players to score at least 423 points and shoot 49% on 2-point field goals and 41% on 3-point field goals.

Max Rice
Rice again turned in a strong season to average 13 points per game and was fourth with a 36.6% clip from 3-point range during conference play. His 35 points against New Mexico (Jan. 31) is the most points scored by any player in Mountain west play this season. His seven 3-pointers in that game were tied for the second most in a league game.
