Five Broncos Capture All-Conference Accolades

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Five Broncos accounted for 10 conference-team honors, the Mountain West announced Thursday. All-conference teams were based on National Qualifying Scores (NQS) before the conference championships.
Senior Courtney Blackson captured first-team accolades on both bars and floor and was named to the second team on vault. This marks her second-straight season earning a spot on a conference first-team for bars and floor, having national qualifying scores of 9.885 and 9.910, respectively.
Senior Emily Lopez received first-team honors for bars and beam, with national qualifying scores of 9.930 and 9.875, respectively. The Mission Viejo, Calif., native has been named to an all-conference first team each of her four years competing at Boise State. This is her first year earning first-team honors for beam.
Fifth-year Adriana Popp was named All-MW first team on beam and second team on vault, with national qualifying scores of 9.895 and 9.830, respectively. This is the second time in her career that she has been named to an all-conference first team on beam, having done so in the Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference (MRGC) in 2022.
Junior Emma Loyim earned a spot on the first team for floor, along with a place on the second team for beam. This is the Mountain Lakes, N.J., native's first career all-conference first team award and second-straight year being named to an all-conference second team for beam, with national qualifying scores of 9.905 and 9.855, respectively.
Junior Elaina McGovern collected second team honors on floor, with an NQS of 9.880. This is her first career all-conference accolade.
