Dokic, Ernstberger Selected for Mountain 25th Season Women’s Tennis Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Anja Dokic and Pauline Ernstberger were selected for the Mountain West's 25th Season Women's Tennis Team for singles, the conference announced, Monday.
 
The teams were selected by the MW 25th Season Committee as the conference looks to celebrate its 25th Season of excellence on and off the field of play.
 
Anja Dokic
Dokic played for the Broncos for two seasons, starting in 2016-17. She was a three-time All-MW selection, earning the honor for singles twice and doubles once. Dokic ended her freshman year with a ITA Mountain region ranking at No. 13 in singles, the highest ranked freshman in the poll. She led the team in singles duals, going 14-4. Dokic ended the 2018 season with region rankings of No. 16 in singles and No. 9 in doubles. She finished her final season with overall records of 15-13 and 12-14 in singles and doubles, respectively.
 
Pauline Ernstberger
Ernstberger is in her final season with the Broncos and is one of three active players on the list. She has earned All-MW singles honors three times and is a three-time MW Player of the Week. She has been the No. 1 singles option since her sophomore year and is currently tied for sixth in program history for most wins in the position with 21. Ernstberger, along with partner Shauna Heffernan, reached the quarterfinals of the 2023 ITA All-American Championships, the best finish in the Pre-Qualifying Draw from a Bronco duo at the event since 2008.
