Loyim Earns Mountain West Co-Floor Specialist of the Week

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Senior Emma Loyim earned Mountain West Co-Floor Specialist of the Week following her performance against Utah State and Sacramento State on Jan. 31.

The honor is awarded to the highest-scoring athlete in each event weekly.

Loyim scored a 9.875 on floor to secure a share of the event title at the Broncos' first home meet on Jan. 31. The senior matched her season-high as she collected her second weekly honor of the season, both on floor. This marks her sixth-career MW specialist of the week accolade and fifth on floor.

The Broncos will travel to USAFA, Colo., for a meet against Air Force and Greenville on Sunday, Feb. 9. The meet is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. MT and will be broadcast on the MW Network.
