Broncos Collect Three Individual Conference Championship Titles

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Boise State placed second at the 2025 Mountain West Gymnastics Championships, Saturday afternoon, scoring 195.950.
 
Emily Lopez was named vault and bars co-champion, while Emma Loyim was crowned floor champion.
 
The Broncos started the meet on beam, scoring a 48.750. Sydney Kho was the team-high scorer with a 9.850. Boise State moved to floor next and put up a 49.075 team score. Loyim led with 9.875, followed by Bridget Kemp and Elaina McGovern, who both scored a 9.850.
 
Lopez scored a 9.850 on vault to guide the team to a 48.850. Boise State finished the meet on bars, where five of the six Broncos scored at least 9.800 or better. Lopez led the team once again, posting a 9.900.
 
Utah State won its first MW title with a score of 196.100. San Jose State finished third at 195.350 and Air Force was fourth at 195.150.

  • Emma Loyim claimed the floor title at the MW Championships for the second-straight year, joining Diana Loosli (1997-98, Big West) as the only Broncos to finish first on floor at back-to-back conference championships.
