New strategic initiative builds on foundation with emphasis on greater engagement and impact
BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Athletics released What's Next 2.0, an updated strategic initiative to further advance the vision of Boise State Athletics. A forward-looking approach and mindset that will maintain competitiveness, continue to create an elite culture and provide life-changing experiences for Bronco student-athletes.
"When we announced the What's Next initiative in November, 2021, we laid out very aggressive plans to move the department forward in expectation of the industry changing and our student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans responded," said Jeramiah Dickey, Director of Athletics. "Thank you Bronco Nation for embracing our vision. We are proud of everything we have accomplished so far, but we are not a finished product. It's always What's Next. And we are Bar Raisers. We will continue to be prepared for the continuing changes in college athletics, from revenue sharing, the student-athlete experience, and whatever else we face as we maintain Boise State as a national brand."
What's Next 2.0 expands on the original framework with a renewed focus on deeper engagement, broader impact and measurable results.
