Broncos Fall to Aggies

BOISE, Idaho — Boise State fell to Utah State, 93-68, on Saturday night at ExtraMile Arena.

The Broncos (9-7, 1-4 Mountain West) were led by Dylan Andrews who scored a team-high 16 points. Off the bench, Pearson Carmichael and Dominic Parolin scored 12 points apiece, with Parolin adding six rebounds, five assists and two steals.

MJ Collins paced all players and scored a game-high 25 points for Utah State (14-1, 5-0 MW). Mason Falslev had 16 points, nine rebounds, five assists, three steals and one block, while Drake Allen notched 14 points and eight dimes.

Utah State was in full control from the opening tip. The Aggies led for the entirety of the game, with a 32-point lead serving as the largest of the contest.

Trailing by 23 at the intermission, the Broncos shot 28 percent from the floor in the half. Boise State made a bit of a run to start the second period and cut it to 16, but that's as close as the team would get.

In total, The Aggies shot over 56 percent from the field and made 33 of their 58 shot attempts. Conversely, the Broncos made just seven shots in the half, leading the team's third-consecutive loss.

· Dylan Andrews scored 16 points and made five field goals, both team highs.
· Dominic Parolin notched 12 points off the bench and added six rebounds, five assists and two blocks.

Notables:
· Dylan Andrews scored 16 points for the second time and three games and made at least five field goals for the first time since totaling eight against NC State on Nov. 25.
· Dominic Parolin notched his second double-figure scoring effort of the season. He also tied his career high with five assists.
