BOISE, Idaho — Boise State Esports delivered a commanding performance in Week 4 of the PEC Spring Season, sweeping Baylor University 3–0 in Overwatch 2 behind disciplined team play and consistent control across all three maps. The Broncos dictated the pace from start to finish, never allowing Baylor to establish momentum.
The series opened on Ilios, where Boise State immediately imposed its structure on the control map. Clean engages and efficient ult usage kept Baylor off the point, as the Broncos secured a 2–0 win to take an early series advantage.
Game 2 shifted to New Queen Street, and while the map demanded tighter execution, Boise State remained composed. The Broncos traded evenly through the early stages before pulling ahead in key team fights, closing out the escort map 2–1 and moving to match point.
With the sweep in sight, Boise State left no room for doubt on Esperança. The Broncos applied constant forward pressure, controlling space and winning decisive fights around the robot. Baylor struggled to regain footing as Boise State completed the map and secured the 3–0 sweep in emphatic fashion.
The victory moves Boise State to 7–3 on the season and continues a strong spring stretch built on coordination, patience, and controlled aggression. The Broncos will look to carry that momentum into Week 5 when they face Kansas next Monday at 6 p.m., as PEC play continues.
