BOISE, Idaho – Boise State gymnast Blake Pascal earned another Mountain West Floor Specialist of the Week accolade, the conference announced. The fifth year posted a career-high 9.925 on floor at No. 10 Stanford, finishing second behind the Cardinal's Anna Roberts, who scored a 10.000. This is Pascal's second recognition of the season, with the first coming after her 9.900 routine and event title at San Jose State on March 1.
Â
Pascal's career-high routine marked her 16th-career floor score of 9.850 or higher. She has five 9.900+ routines, notching at least one in every season she has competed. Her 9.860 floor NQS is fifth-best in the conference and the highest among the Broncos in any event.
Â
Pascal joins Miraya Nero as the only Broncos to win multiple MW weekly awards this season. Nero is a two-time Freshman of the Week and also shared Beam Specialist of the Week honors with sophomore Kristina Shchennikova. Sydnie Whipple (Freshman of the Week) is the other Boise State student-athlete to be recognized by the conference, giving the Broncos seven awards this year.
Â
Pascal and the Broncos host the 2026 MW Championships in ExtraMile Arena at 6 p.m. on March 21. Boise State hosts Air Force, San Jose State and Utah State. Tickets are available for purchase HERE. Fans can also purchase by calling the Athletics Ticket Office at 208-426-4737.
