BOISE, Idaho – Dominic Parolin has been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, it was announced on Tuesday.
Â
Selected by CSC members, the Academic All-District Team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. All honorees must meet certain on-court requirements and have at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
Â
A native of Coquitlam, British Columbia, Parolin is a graduate student who joined the Broncos two seasons ago from Lehigh. Boasting a 3.77 cumulative GPA, Parolin is an interdisciplinary studies major.
Â
After missing the entire 2024-25 campaign due to injury, Parolin returned to the court this past season and appeared in all 32 games (3 starts) for Boise State. In those contests, he averaged 5.5 points and 4.7 rebounds while shooting 51.3 percent (59-115 FGs) from the field and 81.0 percent (51-63 FTs) at the free throw line.
Â
Logging exactly 17 minutes per game, Parolin scored in double figures on four occasions and grabbed double-digit rebounds twice. He led the team in rebounding eight times.
Â
Parolin is the third Bronco to garner CSC Academic All-District Team honors in the last two years. Alvaro Cardenas and Tyson Degenhart took home the distinguished honor following their senior seasons a year ago.
