LAST TIME OUT: Chung became Boise State's first conference champion since 1993, winning the Mountain West title with a 5-under 211, the lowest 54-hole score at a conference championship in school history. Her second-round score of 68 (-4) is also the lowest at a conference championship in program history. This was her third individual title of the year, setting a single-season program record, and fourth of her career, tying Samantha Martin for the school record.

ALL-CONFERENCE HONOR: For the first time in her career, Chung was named All-Mountain West First Team, making her the third player in program history to earn a first team all-conference nod. She joins Acey Erlandson (2000) and Marie Beasley (2001), who were selected by the Big West. Chung is a two-time MW Golfer of the Week and two-time MW Freshman of the Week.

BACK LIKE SHE NEVER LEFT: Chung returned to competition at the Golfweek Fall Challenge after missing the 2024-25 season due to injury. She won the tournament, setting program and tournament records for a 54-hole score (199, -14). Chung finished nine strokes ahead of the field, tying the largest margin of victory in program history, set by Acey Erlandson in 1999.

TWO TITLES: Chung also captured the individual title at the New Mexico Golf Iconic Classic, firing a 207 (-9) and leading the Broncos to the team crown (851, -12). Boise State's team score was the second-best in school history and its 18-hole (276, -12) and 36-hole (561, -15) scores are the lowest in program history.

IN THE RECORD BOOK: Chung has rewritten the Boise State record book, currently holding program lows in career scoring average (72.90), single-season scoring average (72.10 in 2023-24), and lowest 54-hole score (199, -11). Her 2025-26 scoring average of 72.23 is second in school history and she is tied for fourth in career top-10 finishes (10) and single-season top-10 finishes (4, 2023-24 and 2025-26). She ranks sixth in single-season top-25 finishes (7, 2023-24 and 2025-26) and seventh in career top-25 finishes (19). Additionally she holds two of the top-five individual low round scores, four of the top-six 36-hole scores and six of the top-11 three-round scores.

YEAR FIVE AT THE HELM: Head coach Kailin Downs is in her fifth season leading the Broncos. Through five fall tournaments, the team's scoring average was 292.67, the lowest in program history. In 2024, she guided the team to the second-lowest scoring average in program history (296.74) and set school records for lowest 36-hole score (566, -10) and lowest 54-hole score (846, -18). Downs recently signed a two-year contract extension, keeping her with the program through the 2028 season.

BRONCOS IN THE POSTSEASON: Chung is the third player in program history to qualify for an NCAA Regional, joining Acey Erlandson (2000) and Genevieve Ling (2015). Erlandson played at the West Regional in Tempe, Arizona, tying for 116th with a 241 (+25). Ling tied for 79th at the East Regional in Raleigh, North Carolina, carding a 236 (+20).
