Quotables
"I think that we had a great effort," head coach Shawn Garus said. "Sacramento State is a very good team. We served really aggressively, which best set up our block, and our block executed extremely well. I'm really happy with how each skill led to more success for the next skill. Serving sets up blocking opportunities, blocks, funnel balls to defense, and I just thought it was a really good effort of playing well."
