Broncos Standout in Singles Play on Day One

BOISE, Idaho - The Boise State women's tennis team went 5-0 in singles and 1-2 in doubles on day one of the Barb Chandler Classic at Appleton Tennis Center on Friday.
Stella Beldiman and Ella Piron came away with a doubles victory against Utah's Nike Lenz and Lily Stohl. On the singles side, Beldiman, Piron, Carla Grignac, Tereza Polakova and Valentina Vachkova all won their respective matches.
Match play resumes for day two tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. MT at Appleton Tennis Center.
