JUNIOR (2018-19): Honorable Mention All-Mountain West selection by the conference’s media…continued his overall ascension in his junior season, finishing the year third on the team in scoring at 12.1 points per game…hit double-digit points in 18 of the 30 games he played in…also averaged 3.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game…embodied efficiency throughout the year but particularly in Mountain West play, as Hobbs shot 48.3 percent from the field in MW games for the sixth-best percentage in the league…was also automatic from the free throw line throughout the season, shooting 89.4 percent from the charity stripe (59-of-66) in what was the highest free throw percentage on the team…after an injury slowed him down for the first month of the season, Hobbs began to regain his usual form with 13 and 15 points against Central Washington (Dec. 8) and Alabama State (Dec. 12), respectively…tied a career high with 21 points on a big stage at Oregon (Dec. 15), hitting 5-of-7 threes…opened conference play with 17 points and tied a career high with six assists at Wyoming (Jan. 2), sparking a five-game stretch where he scored 15 points or more in the team’s first five MW games…stepped up in a big way at home against Nevada (Jan. 15), going for 19 points…propelled Boise State to wins against Wyoming (Jan. 26) and at Colorado State (Jan. 29) with 13 and 17 points, respectively...improved in the next meeting against the Wolf Pack (Feb. 2), tying his career high thanks to 21 points on a 7-of-11 effort from the field…recorded a career-high three steals at Fresno State (Feb. 13), also netting 18 points against the Bulldogs…tallied three-straight games in double-digit points from Feb. 23 – March 2…grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds and played a career-high 42 minutes against Utah State (Feb. 23)…played well in the opening round of the MW Tournament, scoring 12 points in a win over Colorado State (March 13).

SOPHOMORE (2017-18): 2018 Mountain West Sixth Man of the Year…played all 32 games and started in eight of them...was fifth on the team in scoring (8.7 ppg), second in assists (2.3 apg) and fifth in rebounding (2.5 rpg)…was a double-digit scorer in 12 games…shot a team-best 87.8 percent from the charity strip, going for 36-of-41…was a perfect 9-of-9 from the field (3-of-3 from three) for a career-high 21 points in the season opener against Eastern Oregon (Nov. 10), making him just the third Bronco in school history to finish a game with a perfect field goal percentage with at least nine FG attempts…followed it up with another outstanding performance against Southern Utah (Nov. 12), finishing with 19 points and three assists…tallied 10 points, three rebounds and three assists against UTEP (Nov. 16)…was phenomenal against Illinois State, recording career highs in rebounds (9) and assists (6) to go with 10 points…had 10 points in the championship game of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off at Myrtle Beach against Iowa State (Nov. 19)…went for 10 points and six rebounds at home Nov. 25 (Loyola Marymount)…recorded his seventh game in a row in double digits, finishing with 14 points against Loyola Chicago (Nov. 28)…kicked off conference play in a big way at home with Colorado State (Dec. 27), finishing the night with 16 points and four assists…tallied 18 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals against New Mexico (Jan. 3)…had the second-highest scoring game of his career at Fresno State (Jan. 9), finishing with 20 points in an efficient 7-of-9 effort from the field…picked up back-to-back games in double digits, scoring 14 at home against Utah State (Jan. 17) and 12 on the road at Nevada (Jan. 20)…had eight points against Nevada (Feb. 14) in the second meeting…scored nine points in the MW Quarterfinal (March 8)…tied his career high in assists (6) at Washington (March 14) in the first round of the NIT.

FRESHMAN (2016-17): Appeared in 26 games off the bench...five games in double-figure scoring, four coming in final six games of season...11 points in collegiate debut against Northwest (Nov. 12)...four points, four rebounds, four assists, two steals against Mississippi State (Nov. 18)...seven first-half points at San Jose State (Jan. 21), including first-career three-pointer...played 14 minutes in win at Wyoming (Jan. 28), scoring two points to go with two assists and two rebounds...eight points, including 5-of-6 free throws, and two assists at Colorado State (Jan. 31)...six points on 3-of-5 shooting against Utah State (Feb. 4)...nine points, three rebounds in 18 minutes against Air Force (Feb. 11)...seven points in eight minutes at Nevada (Feb. 22)...career-high 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting in 18 minutes against San José State (Feb. 25), also grabbing career-high four rebounds...nine points, four rebounds against Fresno State (Feb. 28)...10 points at Air Force (March 4)...12 points in MW Quarterfinal against San Diego State (March 9)...10 points and three rebounds in NIT second round game at Illinois (March 20).

2016 COSTA RICA FOREIGN TOUR: Appeared in all four games, including one start...averaged 4.5 points and shot 9-for-11 from two-point range...tallied 12 points and four rebounds in win against Costa Rica National Team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter at La Porte under head coach Barry Gibson...three-time first-team all-district selection...set school career scoring record surpassing 2,800 points, including 988 as a senior...as a senior scored 30.9 points per game to go with 8.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.4 steals...named District 21-6A Most Valuable Player, all-region and all-state by TABC...named district Offensive MVP as a junior after averaging 27.4 points and 8.5 rebounds per game, leading La Porte to a playoff appearance...earned TABC all-region honors...first-team all-district as a sophomore after posting 18 points and six rebounds per game...named District 21-5A Newcomer of the Year as a freshman...played with Texas PRO on club circuit.
