BOISE STATE CAREER
2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY-
Saw action in four meets on the season, including cracking the top seven for the postseason . . . finished eighth at the Sundodger Invitational as the sixth Bronco across the line in 20:59.60 (Sept. 8) . . .  placed 101st at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, running 21:14.0 as the Broncos finished second in the race (Sept. 28) . . . appeared for the first time in over a month at the West Region Championships, placing 44th in 20:53.6 (Nov. 9) . . . the final scorer for the Broncos at the NCAA National Championships, running 21:14.6 for 6k to finish in 121st (Nov. 17) . . . INDOOR- Did not compete  . . . OUTDOOR- Debuted on the season at the Stanford Invitational, running the 5000m (March 29-30) . . . season-best time of 17:03.10 in the 5,000-meter came at the Mountain West Championship (May 8-11) . . . appeared at the Bryan Clay Invite (April 17-19).

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY- Redshirt season . . . INDOOR- Ran both the 3,000m and 5,000m at the Mountain West Championship. Best finish came in the 5,000m, racing 17:56.33 for 16th (Feb. 22-24) . . . appeared in the 5,000m race at the 2018 Husky Classic (Feb 9-10) . . . made her season debut at the UW Invitational, running a personal best of 9:34.59 for 3,000m (Jan. 26-27) . . . OUTDOOR- Competed in the 5,000m and 10,000m at four different events on the season . . . qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in both the 5,000m and 10,000m, running 16:19.54 and 35:00.99, respectively (May 24-26) . . . set a new personal best of 34:14.11 in the 10,000m at the Mountain West Championships (May 9-12), scoring five points in fourth-place . . . broke the 16-minute barrier in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational, running 15:58.88 for a new personal best (April 19-20) . . . opened the outdoor season with a win her heat of the 5,000m in 16:11.93 at the Stanford Invitational (March 30-31).

2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - Performed well as a mainstay in the Broncos’ lineup, competing in all four major races…turned in a quality season-opening performance at the Roy Griak Invitational, taking 49th place after crossing the finish line in 22:42.6…was 81st at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational after clocking a 21:14.8, was the No. 2 for Boise State…had another breakout meet at the NCAA West Regional, took 42nd after recording a 20:33.4…finished in 38th at the Mountain West Championships (21:45.4)...INDOOR – Competed in both the 5,000m (17:13.48) and 3,000m (9:54.75) at the indoor track and field conference championships, taking 10th and 11th place, respectively…clocked a 17:06.46 in the 5,000m at the Husky Classic, taking 48th place…ran a career-best 3,000m time with a 9:39.93 at the UW Invitational…opened the season at the Ed Jacoby Invitational and helped the DMR team (12:18.72) take second place…OUTDOOR – Did not compete.

2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in six meets and was a constant in the Boise State lineup…competed at the NCAA National Championships and took 204th place after running a 21:41.2…placed 72nd at the NCAA West Regional thanks to a 21:56.3 on the 6k course…ran at the Mountain West Championships, finishing in 25:42.29…best performance of the year came at the Utah State Invitational where she took second place thanks to a 17:53.1 on the 5k course…opened the year at the Dual in Speedway Meadow where she finished in ninth (21:38.0)…was a part of the women’s title at the Roy Griak Invitational, where she finished 133rd (23:51.7)..INDOOR - Enjoyed a solid indoor season running in the 3,000m and 5,000m…turned in a good performance at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships, taking seventh (17:30.86) in the 5,000m and 11th (10:00.98) in the 3,000m…started the season at the UW Invitational and clocked a career-best 9:47.97 in the 3,000m…recorded a 16:39.15 in the 5k at the Husky Classic two weeks later...OUTDOOR – Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals and ran a 17:32.25 for 39th place in Lawrence…opened the season at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and recorded her regional qualifying time of 16:27.76…was sixth at the Border Clash in the 1,500m (4:44.95)…took 16th at the Stanford Twilight in the 5,000m, clocking a 16:44.83.

2014-15: INDOOR – Participated in the distance medley relay, mile and 3,000m in the indoor season…competed in all three events at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships, with her best result coming with the DMR team that finished eighth with a 12:09.80…placed second at the Jacksons/NB Invite in the mile with a 5:14.21…assisted with the DMR team at the Ed Jacoby Invite in taking fourth place after recording a 12:37.59…best 3,000m time of the year came at the UW Husky Classic with a 9:55.75…OUTDOOR – Competed in primarily the 5,000m during the outdoor season, with her best meet coming at the Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships where she placed 10th (17:05.49)…competed at the Bryan Clay Invitational and the San Francisco State Distance Carnival…took part in the 1,500m at the Border Clash, placing ninth with a 4:43.06.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Tostenson finished in 26th place as a freshman in the Oregon State 6A Cross Country Championships...finished seventh her sophomore year ... As a junior, Tostenson took 18th in the state cross country championships and eighth in the 3,000m at the track and field state championships...recorded her best finish in the state cross country championships as a senior with a third-place finish...ended her high school career with two top-five finishes at the state track and field championships: third place in the 1,500m and fifth in the 3,000m...made honor roll three years in a row...intends to major in health science studies and minor in spanish.
