2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in two races…led the Broncos at the Inland Empire Championships, recording a season-best 10th-place finish…INDOOR- Opened the season at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 15)...recorded a personal-best time in the women’s mile at the Washington Invitational (Jan. 28-29) with a time of 5:21.89…OUTDOOR- Did not compete.

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY- Did not compete...INDOOR- Did not compete...OUTDOOR- Made season debut running in the 1,500-meter at the Hayward Premiere (April 2-3).

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY- Began the season as the third scorer for the Broncos at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (Sept. 29) finishing 19th with a time of 20:25.3…the second-fastest finisher for Boise State at the Nuttycombe Invitational (Oct. 18) with a 45th-place finish…earned All-Mountain West Second Team honors with an 11th-place finish at the MW Championships (Nov. 1)…finished second among the Broncos at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 15) earning All-West Region honors with a 16th place finish…second scorer for the Broncos at the NCAA Nationals (Nov. 23)...INDOOR- Opened the season at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 24-25) in the mile and as a member of the women’s 4x800-meter relay team…recorded a personal best in the mile at the UW Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) clocking a time of 4:57.75…ran as part of the 4x800m team which took second at the Jackson’s Nike Boise Indoor Meet (Feb. 7-8) with a time of 9:49.12…competed in the Husky Invitational (Feb. 14-15)…running at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29) she finished ninth in the mile with a time of 5:02.99…also competed in the 3,000m at the indoor championships...INDOOR- Opened the season at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 24-25) in the mile and as a member of the women’s 4x800-meter relay team…recorded a personal best in the mile at the UW Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) clocking a time of 4:57.75…ran as part of the 4x800m team which took second at the Jackson’s Nike Boise Indoor Meet (Feb. 7-8) with a time of 9:49.12…competed in the Husky Invitational (Feb. 14-15)…running at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29) she finished ninth in the mile with a time of 5:02.99…also competed in the 3,000m at the indoor championships…OUTDOOR- Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY- Put together a strong freshman season for the Blue and Orange, scoring at all five meets on the season...one of two freshmen to see action on the women’s side...had a fantastic Boise State debut, grabbing the final scoring spot in seventh...finished in 20:58.40 to give the Broncos the victory at the Sundodger Invitational (Sept. 8)...scored for the second-straight meet at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin, placing 41st as the Broncos’ No. 5 runner in 20:35.9 (Sept. 28)...the Mountain West Women’s Freshman of the Year after taking 10th (21:05.3) at the Mountain West Championships...her performance also earned her second-team honors (Oct. 26)...the Broncos fifth runner for the fourth-straight meet at the West Region Championships, placed 16th (20:06.5) for the first all-region honors of her career (Nov. 9)...came up big for the Broncos at the NCAA National Championships, finishing as the team’s third runner in 89th, running 21:01.3 (Nov. 17)...INDOOR- Won her heat in her indoor debut at the UW Invitational, running 9:35.17 for 3000m (Jan 25-26)...posted a six-second improvement in the 3000m at the Husky Classic, running 9:29.39 (Feb. 8)...missed scoring by one place at the Mountain West championships in the 3000m (Feb. 21-23)...OUTDOOR- Saw action in five meets, primarily competing in the steeplechase...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the steeplechase, where she placed 19th (May 23-25)...was fifth at the Mountain West Championships in the steeplechase to score four points (May 8-11)...personal best in the steeplechase of 10:07.96, making her the fourth-fastest competitor in program history at the Payton Jordan Invite (May 2)...ran a personal best of 16:23.89 in the 5,000-meter at the Bryan Clay Invite (April 26-27)...opened the season with a 17:08.73 showing in the 5000m at the Stanford Invitational (March 29-30).

PRIOR TO BOISE STATE
Clocked her career-best time in the 3,000m steeplechase, running a 10:21.70 at the Melbourne Victorian Open Championships, giving her second place...she ran the fastest 1,500m of her career in January, recording a 4:29.18 at the Melbourne Victorian Milers, placing fifth...between the 2018 and 2017 seasons, Paholek has racked up four victories and 19 top-five finishes.
