2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four races…made his season debut at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 30), registering a top-15 finish in a field of 175 student-athletes…was the first member of the Blue and Orange to cross the finish at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 11), finishing in the top-15 and earning USTFCCCA all-region honors…represented the Broncos at the NCAA Championships…INDOOR: Made his indoor season debut at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-25)...OUTDOOR: Notched a top-five finish in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 3:41.89, the third-fastest time in program history at the Stanford Invitational (March 31-April 1)...qualified for the 1,500m and 5,000m races at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (May 24-27)...finished 41st in the 1,500m and 40th in the 5,000m.

2021-22: CROSS COUNTY- Was among the Broncos’ scoring five in each of the four races in which he appeared…was the third Bronco across the finish line at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (Sept. 23), garnering a top-25 finish…placed 16th at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 29) and 41st at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 12)…INDOOR- Raced in six meets…recorded three PR times in the men’s 800m (1:53.730, mile (3:59.39) and 3,000m (7:54.23) races…became just the second Bronco in program history to dip under the 4-minute barrier in the mile at the UW Invite (Jan. 28-29)...became the third-fastest performer in school history in the 3,000m following his race at the UW Preview (Jan. 15)...garnered two silver medals at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 24-26) in the mile (4:05.17) and distance medley relay (9:44.65)...OUTDOOR- Participated in five meets…opened the outdoor segment of the season at the Stanford Invitational (April 1-2), breaking the school record in the men’s 5,000m race with a time of 13:38.56…became the second-fastest performer in Boise State history in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15), clocking a time of 3:41.77…at the Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 11-14), finished fourth in the 1,500m and 10th in the 5,000m…qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 5,000m, finishing 36th.

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY- Recorded a personal best in the season-opening Silver State Challenge (Feb. 1)...finished as the second-fastest Bronco and 36th overall with a time of 24:17.3...ran a personal best for the second-straight meet recording a time of 23:56.2 closing as the third-fastest Bronco at the Battle Born Challenge (Feb. 19)...turned in a fourth-place effort at the Mountain West Championships (March 5)…INDOOR- Did not compete...OUTDOOR- Made outdoor debut at the Hayward Premiere (April 2-3) running in the 1,500-meters, earned a third-place finish and clocking the second-best time in school history...earned a second-place finish in the 1,500m invite at the Oregon Relays (April 23-24)...clocked a 3:44.52 at the West Coast Relays (April 30) in the 1,500m...set a personal best and lowered the second-fastest time in school history in the 1,500m to 3:43.60 to finish fifth at the Mountain West Championships (May 13-15)...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries (May 26-29) in the 1,500m, finishing 34th with a time of 3:48.76.

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in five meets for the Broncos…cracked the top-50 at the Bill Dellinger…fifth scorer for the Broncos at the Nuttycombe Invitational…finished 39th at the Mountain West Championships…ran the fifth-fastest time for Boise State at the NCAA West Regional...competed at the NCAA Championships...INDOOR- Opened the season at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 24-25) with a win in the 1,000-meters clocking a personal best of 2:24.89…set a PR in the 3,000m with a time of 8:09.14 at the UW Invitational (Jan 31 - Feb 1)…logged the sixth-fastest time in school history in the mile at the Husky Invitational (Feb. 14-15) with a time of 4:04.61…ran as part of the men’s distance medley relay which won gold at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29) earning All-MW accolades for the effort…took second in the mile to earn a second All-MW honor…finished 11th in the 3,000m…OUTDOOR- Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.

PRIOR TO BOISE STATE
Transferred from Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield, England…competed at the World Cross Country Championships for Great Britain in 2017...made the finals of the British Championships in the 1,500-meters in 2019.
