BOISE STATE CAREER
2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in two races…made her season debut at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 30)...INDOOR: Did not compete…OUTDOOR: Did not compete. 

2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in five races…led the Broncos in the first two races of the season, finishing third and 27th at the CSI Classic (Sept. 3) and Bill Dellinger Invitational (Sept. 23), respectively…was the second Bronco across the finish line at NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 12), registering a 38th-place finish…INDOOR- Did not compete…OUTDOOR- Did not compete.

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY- Opened career with the Broncos with a bronze medal effort at the Silver State Challenge (Feb. 1)...secured a second-straight top-five finish, closing fourth at the Battle Born Challenge (Feb. 19)...earned two Mountain West Athlete of the Week honors in as many meets...led the Broncos at the Mountain West Championships (March 5) finishing third and earning All-Mountain West first team accolades...led the Broncos for the fourth-straight race for the Broncos, earning All-America honors with a 39th-place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (March 15)...INDOOR- Did not compete...OUTDOOR- made outdoor season debut at the Hayward Premiere (April 2-3) running in the 5,000-meter invite, finishing as the top Bronco at 13th.

PRIOR TO BOISE STATE
Joins the Broncos from the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein, South Africa...finished third in the South Africa Cross Country Nationals and second in the 1,500-meter...won the 3,000m at the same event...earned Fichardparker of the Year in 2017 as well as Most Versatile Fichardparker...while attending the University of the Free State, finished 21st in the World Student Games, helping her team to a third-place finish...closed 22nd at the African Cross Country Championships (junior)...while competing at the juniors nationals she won the 1,500m, cross country, and 10-kilometer road race and earned a bronze in the 5,000m...received the 2018 Best Junior Athlete of the Year - Volksblad Sports Award...finished ninth in the national senior half marathon...won the Kovsies Best Road Runner of the Year accolade in 2019.
