Eli Mandel joined the Boise State football program in February 2021 as the director of recruiting.
Mandel arrived in the Treasure Valley with five years of experience at Pac-12 member institutions. After working a season as a student manager and another as a quality control intern at Washington, Mandel spent two seasons as a recruiting assistant for the Huskies under former Boise State head coach Chris Petersen.
In 2020, Mandel worked under Boise State head coach Andy Avalos as an assistant director of recruiting for defense at Oregon.
He is a 2017 graduate of Washington with a bachelor's degree in economics.
