2010-11: INDOOR- Threw the weight throw in six meets...had a best of 45-6.50 at the Bronco Open, placing 13th...fourth at the Blue and Orange meet (43-2.25)...fifth at the Jacksons Open (44-9.50)...All-WAC Academic honoree...OUTDOOR- Competed in the hammer throw at five meets...fourth at the ISU Springfest (149-2)...best of 150-3 at the WAC Championships, placing 13th...eighth at the All-Idaho Cup (138-8)...All-WAC Academic honoree.

HIGH SCHOOL- Set the Oregon 5A state discus record while winning the 2008 state discus title...placed second in the shot put and sixth in discus at the 2009 state championships...team captain for track and field twice...competed in the International Sports Down Under meet in Australia placing second in the javelin, third in the shot put and fourth in discus...three-year volleyball letterwinner...member of two state championship volleyball teams...member of the National Honor Society...graduated in the Honor Core.
