Broncos Gird for Teachers

BOISE, Idaho – Boise Junior College Broncos Tuesday swung into the final stage of practice before their big game Saturday with Albion Normal at Public School Field.

Coming out of their tussle with the College of Idaho second string with nothing more serious than a few bruises, Dusty Kline's proteges will concentrate mainly on polishing off the rough points on their offense and defense.

Coach Norman Jacobsen is bringing a hard hitting and experienced eleven, slightly outweighing the Broncos from end to end, but practically even in poundage in the backfield. Boise football fans are expected to witness a battle between two teams strong on defense, with light backfields. The Broncos will rely to a large extent on a passing attack, with Bob Shaw and Pat Joyce on the throwing end, and Hale and Andrews showing ability on snagging them out of the air. Albion uses slashing thrusts off tackle and wide end runs.
