8/8 Camper of the Day: Mike Coughlin

Junior quarterback Mike Coughlin grabbed the attention of the coaches today as he was named Camper of the Day by head coach Chris Petersen on Saturday.
“He had a great day today, and, more importantly, everyday he’s gotten a little bit better out here,” said Petersen. “His game has improved since last year and he has done a great job taking advantage of the extra reps he’s been getting.”
Coughlin, a junior from San Diego, Calif., has completed 9-of-15 passes in his two year career for 115 yards. He has also rushed for 17 yards on 11 attempts. In 2008, he finished with 25 yards passing and 7 yards on the ground.
