Broncos Hold First Practice of 2011-12

The Boise State men’s basketball team kicks off the 2011-12 season with its first official practice Friday at 5 p.m.

The Broncos are entering their first season as a member of the Mountain West, and have 11 newcomers joining the roster.

Back from last season’s squad are seniors Westly Perryman and Tre Nichols, and sophomores Thomas Bropleh, Jeff Elorriaga and Ryan Watkins.

Boise State will host its first exhibition game of the season Nov. 8 (Tuesday), against Colorado Springs. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Taco Bell Arena.
