Flannigan Garners MW Athlete of the Week Honors

BOISE, Idaho - Boise State senior Mackenzie Flannigan was named the Mountain West Women's Track and Field Athlete of the Week, Tuesday, after setting the school record in the 60-meter dash in the Bronco Invitational (Feb. 8).
The Chandler, Ariz., native earned the first MW weekly honor of her career after clocking a school record of 7.52-seconds in the Bronco Invitational 60-meter dash. Flannigan's time was good for second-place in the race, while adding a 200-meter title (24.47) to her successes later in the day. Her times at both distances currently lead the conference.
Air Force's Joey Uhle earned the MW Men's Track and Field Athlete of the Week honor after winning the Air Force Team Challenge pole vault.
