Broncos Battle Bulldogs in Rematch Saturday

FRESNO, Calif. -Â The Boise State women's basketball team concludes its two-game series with Fresno State, Saturday. The game is scheduled for 3 p.m. MT/2 p.m. PT.
The Broncos (8-2, 5-2 Mountain West) were defeated 92-57 by the Bulldogs (7-5, 5-2) at Save Mart Center, Thursday. Fresno State leads 26-18 in the all-time series between the schools. The winner of the series finale will be tied for first place in the conference with New Mexico, which sits at 3-1 and is off this week due to San Jose State's cancellation of the remainder of its season. Colorado State is also 5-2 in the Mountain West and plays Utah State, Friday.
In the series opener, freshman Alexis Mark led Boise State with 14 points. and seven rebounds. The Broncos played nine freshmen in the game and each scored while combining for 44 points. Junior Rachel Bowers added 10 points in 17 minutes.
