Broncos in the NFL: Week Nine

BOISE, Idaho – Week nine of the NFL season saw two former Bronco standouts go head-to-head in Los Angeles Rams cornerback Donte Deayon and Tennessee Titan running back Jeremy McNichols. Deayon and McNichols were teammates during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.

Although the Titans got the better of the Rams Sunday, Deayon tackled McNichols for a loss of three yards late in the first quarter.

Here is a look at what all the Broncos in the NFL did in week nine:

Arizona Cardinals (Cardinals 31, 49ers 17)
Tanner Vallejo (LB) – Vallejo started at inside linebacker, recording three tackles, including one tackle-for-loss and a pass breakup.
Next – vs. Carolina Panthers, 2:05 p.m. MT
 
Atlanta Falcons (Falcons 27, Saints 25)
Avery Williams (CB) – Williams appeared on both defense and special teams, notching two tackles and a quarterback hurry.
Next – at Dallas Cowboys, 11 a.m. MT
 
Carolina Panthers (Patriots 24, Panthers 6)
Matt Paradis (C) – Paradis started at center for the Panthers but suffered an injury five minutes into the first quarter. He did not return.
Next – at Arizona Cardinals, 2:05 p.m. MT
 
Dallas Cowboys (Broncos 30, Cowboys 16)
Leighton Vander Esch (LB) – Vander Esch registered a season-high 12 tackles, including seven solo and a tackle-for-loss.
Cedrick Wilson (WR) – Wilson started at wide receiver for the Cowboys, hauling in two receptions for 28 yards.
Next – vs. Atlanta Falcons, 11 a.m. MT
 
Los Angeles Rams (Titans 28, Rams 16)
Donte Deayon (CB) – Deayon played 62 percent of the Rams' defensive snaps, making three tackles, including a tackle-for-loss.
Next – at San Francisco 49ers, 6:15 p.m. MT (Monday)
 
Minnesota Vikings (Ravens 34, Vikings 31 OT)
Ezra Cleveland (G) – Cleveland started at left guard, playing all 54 offensive snaps.
Alexander Mattison (RB) – Mattison notched three yards on one reception.
Next – at Los Angeles Chargers, 2:05 p.m. MT
 
Tennessee Titans (Titans 28, Rams 16)
Jeremy McNichols (RB) – McNichols recorded 24 yards on the ground on seven rushing attempts and caught three receptions for 11 yards.
Next – vs. New Orleans Saints, 11 a.m. MT
