Broncos in the NFL: Week 16

BOISE, Idaho – Three former Boise State football standouts found the end zone in week 16.

On the offensive side of the ball, Washington Football Team tight end John Bates notched his first career touchdown, while Minnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison tallied six points on a two-yard run.
Defensively, Dallas Cowboys defensive end Demarcus Lawrence intercepted Washington Football Team quarterback Taylor Heinicke and returned it 40 yards for a touchdown, marking Lawrence's first-career pick-six.
Here is a look at what all the Broncos in the NFL did in week 16:

Atlanta Falcons (Falcons 20, Lions 16)
Avery Williams (CB) – Williams returned one punt for 13 yards and notched one tackle.
Next – at Buffalo Bills, 11 a.m. MT
 
Dallas Cowboys (Cowboys 56, Washington Football Team 14)
Demarcus Lawrence (DE) – Lawrence recorded his second-career interception in the Cowboys' dominant performance against the Washington Football Team. He also registered two tackles, including one sack, one quarterback hurry and a pass breakup.
Darian Thompson (S) – Thompson appeared on both defense and special teams, accumulating two tackles before leaving the game with an injury late in the first quarter.
Leighton Vander Esch (LB) – Vander Esch played on both defense and special teams, notching four tackles.
Cedrick Wilson (WR) – Wilson garnered 10 yards on two receptions.

Las Angeles Rams (Rams 30, Vikings 23)
Donte Deayon (CB) Deayon made one tackle.
Next – at Baltimore Ravens, 11 a.m. MT
 
Minnesota Vikings (Rams 30, Vikings 23)
Ezra Cleveland (G) – Cleveland started at left guard, playing all 63 offensive snaps.
Alexander Mattison (RB) – Mattison started at running back, registering 41 yards and a touchdown on 13 rushing attempts. He also hauled in three receptions for 29 yards.
Next – at Green Bay Packers, 6:20 p.m. MT
 
New York Giants (Eagles 34, Giants 10)
David Moa (DT) – Moa appeared on both defense and special teams, making one solo tackle.
Next – at Chicago Bears, 11 a.m. MT
 
Tennessee Titans (Titans 20, 49ers 17)
Jeremy McNichols (RB) – McNichols carried the ball seven times for 31 yards.
Next – vs. Miami Dolphins, 11 a.m. MT
 
Washington Football Team (Cowboys 56, Washington Football Team 14)
John Bates (TE) –Bates started at tight end, recording a career-high 45 yards and a touchdown.
Charles Leno, Jr. (LT) – Leno, Jr., started at left tackle, playing all 60 offensive snaps.
