COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Jade Loville was named All-Mountain West, highlighting a trio of Broncos receiving conference accolades, Sunday.
Loville averages a team-leading 17.0 points per game to rank third in the conference. Earlier this season, she set a school record with a 40-point effort at UNLV.
Her selection marks the eighth-straight season Boise State has been represented on the All-Mountain West First Team.
Alexis Mark and Abby Muse were each named to the All-Freshman Team and Mark also grabbed a spot on the All-Defensive Team. It is the first time since 2009-10 (WAC) Boise State has placed two student-athletes on a conference all-freshman team.
Muse is second in the Mountain West with 37 blocks and 1.8 blocks per game. At Air Force, Jan. 8, she set a school record with five blocks in a quarter and finished with seven, second in Boise State single-game history.
Mark has notched 14 blocks and 31 steals this season and is the only player to rank in the conference's top 10 in both categories. She has registered four double-digit rebound games, all in her last six outings, including a pair of double-doubles.
Boise State has secured the No. 6 seed in the 2021 Mountain West Women's Basketball Championship and earned a first round bye. The Broncos will square off with No. 3 seed Colorado State in a quarterfinal, Monday, March 8 at 8 p.m. PT/9 p.m. MT.
