Boise State men's basketball is back in Boise for the final home game of the regular season, playing host to Nevada, Tuesday (March 1) at 7 p.m. The Broncos, a game and a half ahead of Wyoming in the Mountain West standings, can clinch a share of the conference regular-season title with a win over the Wolf Pack.

During the 1987-88 season Boise State won 24 games, and the Broncos won a program-record 25 games in both the 2007-08 and 2014-15 seasons. The Broncos' 14 conference wins are tied for the most in program history, with the two other instances also being under head coach Leon Rice (2014-15, 2020-21).

SENIOR NIGHT: Tuesday's game will serve as Senior Night for Bronco forward Abu Kigab. Kigab played three seasons with Boise State after transferring from Oregon in 2019.The Canadian has played in over 60 games for the Blue and Orange, averaging 12.0 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game.

WEEKLY HONORS: Boise State swept the weekly MW awards as Abu Kigab and Tyson Degenhart were named Player of the Week and Freshman of the Week, respectively. Kigab scored at least 20 points in each of the Broncos' two wins this last week, averaging 22 points to lead Boise State in scoring. The award is the first in Kigab's career. For Degenhart, the award was his ninth of the season, more than the rest of the league's freshmen combined. It is the sixth-straight week Degenhart has been honored.
