Broncos Add Junior College Offensive Lineman

BOISE, Idaho – Offensive lineman Oluwafunto Akinshilo (oh-loo-uh-FUN-to / ah-kin-SHE-lo) signed a valid financial aid agreement and will join the Broncos for the 2022 season, head coach Andy Avalos announced Friday.
Oluwafunto (6-5/310), originally from Lawndale, Calif., played as a true freshman at El Camino College in 2021.
Akinshilo appeared in each of the Warriors' 11 games during his collegiate debut, helping El Camino to a 7-4 overall record. Included was a victory over East Los Angeles in the Beach Bowl (Nov. 28).
Oluwafunto was a two-sport student-athlete in high school, competing in football, at both offensive and defensive tackle, and basketball.
