Softball Adds Charlotte Transfer

BOISE, Idaho – Lindsey Walljasper is transferring to play softball at Boise State, head coach Justin Shults announced, Monday.
Walljasper is the younger sister of Bronco Assistant Softball Coach Allie Walljasper. She spent two seasons (2019-20) at Nebraska and two more at Charlotte (2021-22).
"We are excited to add Lindsey to our Bronco family for her final season," Shults said. "She brings a ton of experience in the circle and at the plate. I can't wait to watch her excel."
She won 15 games in the circle for the Cornhuskers and batted. 264 with seven home runs and 35 RBI in 182 at bats.
At Charlotte, Walljasper was 15-9 with a 3.07 ERA in 2021 and 16-9 with a 3.23 ERA in 2022. She made 72 appearances including 53 starts, and logged 25 complete games.
At the plate, she posted a .262 batting average with eight home runs and 41 RBI in 252 at bats.
