BOISE, Idaho – Boise State women's soccer turned in a dominant performance Sunday afternoon, defeating Eastern Washington 4-0 on senior day.

The Broncos (4-2-3) established control of the scoreboard in the 26th minute when Hayden Wilsey collected a saved shot and sent it to the back of the net. Boise State added another before halftime as Ashly Berge collected a ball in the box and knocked it in.

The Blue and Orange continued to apply pressure to Eastern Washington (3-5-2) in the second half. Fifth-year senior Abby Bivens made the most of a free-kick delivery from Payton Baratcart to make it 3-0 before Wilsey struck again in the 66th minute to put the icing on the cake, this time on a through-ball from Payton McBride.

"It's important that at the end of nonconference play that you feel like you had a complete performance," said head coach Jim Thomas. "I don't know that we had put together a true, full 90-minutes yet, we had done well for 60 minutes but not 90. Today I really felt like we got through the whole thing with a lot of players playing…and were consistent across the 90 minutes."
"It meant the world," said Abby Bivens. "It's what you want on your senior day to score and have everybody do well. All the seniors got significant minutes and all of them played really well. It was exactly what you'd want."
