BOISE, Idaho – Four Broncos finished in double figures to lead Boise State to a 76-47 victory over Weber State Monday evening in ExtraMile Arena.

After conceding the first basket of the game to the Wildcats (0-3), a Mya Hansen jump shot became the first of 13 consecutive points for the Broncos (2-0). Dani Bayes and Tatum Thompson combined for 12 points in the quarter as Boise State led 25-9 after one.

The Wildcats (0-3) fought back, cutting the lead to 11 early in the second period. The Broncos didn't back down, outscoring Weber State 15-2 over the rest of the quarter to take a 45-21 lead into the break.

Hansen helped Boise State stretch the lead in the second half, recording six points and two assists in the third quarter. Elodie Lalotte and Natalie Pasco scored the first nine points of the final period as Boise State cruised to its second victory on the season.

Top Broncos

- Dani Bayes finished with a team-high 13 points. She shot 4-of-9 from the floor, including 3-of-8 from beyond the arc. The sophomore also finished with a career-high four steals.
- Mya Hansen recorded 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting while also dishing out a career-high seven assists.
- Natalie Pasco scored 10 points, hitting two of her four 3-point attempts.
- Tatum Thompson shot 4-of-7 from the floor to finish with 10 points.
- Abby Muse stuffed the stat sheet, recording eight points, eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals.

Notables

- Elodie Lalotte grabbed two rebounds on the night, enough to pass assistant coach Heather Sower on the program's all-time career rebound list. The senior is currently 22nd all-time with 512 rebounds.
- The 29-point margin of victory is the largest Boise State has had in a win over Weber State. The Broncos now lead the all-time series 26-21.
- Two Broncos recorded career-highs in the win. Mya Hansen dished out a career-high seven assists while Dani Bayes finished with a career-high four steals.
- Boise State recorded 34 points in the paint, 33 points from the bench and scored 28 points off turnovers.
- The Broncos held the Wildcats' leading scorer Kendra Parra to zero points on 0-of-5 shooting.
