BOISE, Idaho – Boise State women's golf head coach Kailin Downs announced the signing of Zoe Parker to the team's 2024 class on Wednesday.
Parker played four years for head coach Dusty Allen at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nev.
"Zoe is a great addition to our program and we are very excited to welcome her to Boise next fall," said Downs. "Her game shows a lot of promise to come in and make an immediate impact in the lineup."
Parker earned three varsity letters in golf, averaging a career-best 72.2 scoring average as a senior. Her final tournament was the Class 5A State Championship, where she shot a one-under 71 in the final round to place ninth. As a team, Bishop Gorman finished third.
As a junior, Parker qualified for the USGA Girls Junior Amateur and the Notah Begay National Championship. At the 5A State Championship, she finished fourth, helping the team to a runner-up finish for the second-straight season. Parker won the Southern Nevada Golf Association Amateur Gross Championship and added top-five finishes at the JGAA Desert Mashie Championship and AJGA Amundi Evian Senior Showcase. At the conclusion of the season, she was named co-MVP of the team.
Her sophomore year featured a first-place finish at the MJT National Team Challenge at the Royal Niagara Golf Club. She had a pair of top-five finishes, including a third-place finish at the FCG Challenge Cup. Parker concluded the season with a 10th-place finish at the Class 5A State Championship, where Bishop Gorman was the runner-up. She was named All-Southwest Golf Second Team and was named the program's Rookie of the Year.
In 2020, Parker won the AJGA Longbow Open Qualifier and was the runner-up at the Toyota Tour Cup and AJGA Junior Open Qualifier. She has earned the Bishop Gorman Scholar-Athlete Award and received the Modelette Award for the National Charity League.
