CHENEY, Wash. – Boise State lost 64-43 to Eastern Washington, Sunday, in Cheney, Wash.

Natalie Pasco led the team in the opening period, scoring five points to guide the Broncos (6-2) to a 15-7 first-quarter lead. Linsey Lovrovich also had a good opening quarter, scoring four points and making both of her field attempts. The Eagles (5-2) picked up the pace in the second quarter, outscoring the Broncos by 17 to lead 28-19 at the half.

Dani Bayes and Pasco battled together in the second half, scoring five points each in the third frame. Abby Muse also went 2-of-2 from the floor with three rebounds in the same quarter, as Boise State rallied back. Mya Hansen hit a layup as time expired in the third quarter, cutting the deficit to three by the end of the frame.

Eastern Washington came out on fire, scoring the first 16 points of the fourth quarter to take a double-digit advantage. The Eagles outscored the Broncos 22-4 in the final frame to pick up the victory.
