RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – Boise State shot a program conference-championship record 884 (288-304-292, +20) in the Mountain West Women's Golf Championship at the Mission Hills Country Club, April 18-20. The Broncos finished sixth.

The team's 54-hole total shattered the previous record for the second-consecutive season. In 2022, Boise State posted its lowest total since 2015, firing 892.

Freshman Leia Chung and junior Franca Polla led the Broncos, collecting a pair of top-25 finishes.

Chung carded rounds of 71-76-71 (+2) to secure a 15th-place finish. Her total eclipsed Polla's conference record set last season by one stroke.

Polla (75-75-72, +6) shot even par during the final round and advanced four spots up the leaderboard to secure 25th.

Sophomore Hannah Lim (tied for 27th), junior Elli Gordon (31st) and fifth-year senior Kelsey Blaylock (T-34th) rounded out the Broncos' scoring five.

Leia Chung finished second among freshmen, behind New Mexico's Maria Caparros Levin who placed 13th.
Chung's scores of 71 during the first and third rounds are the fifth-lowest individual rounds in Bronco history at a conference championship.
Sophomore Hannah Lim fired the lowest individual round in program history at a conference championship with her 69 during the first round.
In addition to Chung, three Broncos also cracked the top-10 list for individual low 54-hole score at a conference championship in junior Franca Polla (222; tied for third), Lim (224; tied for seventh) and Elli Gordon (225; tied for ninth).
