Broncos Rewrite Record Book at MW Championship

RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – Boise State shot a program conference-championship record 884 (288-304-292, +20) in the Mountain West Women's Golf Championship at the Mission Hills Country Club, April 18-20. The Broncos finished sixth.
The team's 54-hole total shattered the previous record for the second-consecutive season. In 2022, Boise State posted its lowest total since 2015, firing 892.
Freshman Leia Chung and junior Franca Polla led the Broncos, collecting a pair of top-25 finishes.
Chung carded rounds of 71-76-71 (+2) to secure a 15th-place finish. Her total eclipsed Polla's conference record set last season by one stroke.
Polla (75-75-72, +6) shot even par during the final round and advanced four spots up the leaderboard to secure 25th.
Sophomore Hannah Lim (tied for 27th), junior Elli Gordon (31st) and fifth-year senior Kelsey Blaylock (T-34th) rounded out the Broncos' scoring five.
