Broncos Earn First Shutout of the Season

TEMPE, Ariz. - Boise State soccer picked up its first shutout of the season in a 0-0 draw against Arizona State, Thursday afternoon.

The Blue and Orange (1-1-2) came into the match in attack mode, taking four of their six shots in the first half within the first 10 minutes of play. Boise State forced two saves from Arizona State (3-0-2) in the opening period as the score remained tied at break.

The Sun Devils continued with aggressive attacks in the second half, but a huge save by Bronco-goalkeeper Genevieve Crenshaw kept the scoreboard clear.
