Broncos Continue Fall Campaign at Golfweek Red Sky Classic

WHAT'S NEXT: Boise State women's golf continues the fall campaign at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic in Wolcott, Colo. The event will be held from Sept. 25-27, with one round played each day. On the first two days, tee times are set for 10 a.m. The final round will be a 9:15 a.m. shotgun start. All rounds will be played at the Red Sky Golf Club.
GOLFWEEK RANKINGS: Boise State ranked 67th in the first Golfweek Women's Collegiate rankings of the season, the fourth-highest ranking in the Mountain West. The previous recorded program-high ranking was 74th, achieved in the final poll of the 2004-05 season.
THE FIELD: Boise State, Arkansas State, Ball State, Central Arkansas, Illinois-Chicago, East Tennessee State, High Point, Kennesaw State, Little Rock, Mercer, Murray State, New Mexico State, North Carolina-Greensboro, Pepperdine, South Dakota State, Wofford
THE SQUAD: The Broncos opened the season with a 15th-place finish at the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational. Freshman Teal Matsueda shot a team-best 220 in her collegiate debut, including a 72 in the opening round. Also shooting a 72 was senior Elli Gordon, who was even on the final round to finish at 224.
