
Bird Inks Six to 2025 Gymnastics Class

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State gymnastics has signed six future Broncos to join the team for the 2026 season, head coach Tina Bird announced Wednesday.

"I am so happy to welcome our six newcomers from the class of 2025 into our Bronco family," Bird said. "They will make an impact on all events and add to our continued success in the classroom."

Lexi Caffall
Lexi Caffall joins Boise State from Chandler, Ariz., where she competes for Desert Devils Gymnastics. The incoming Bronco earned second place on floor at the 2024 Level 10 Nationals, as well as first and third-place finishes on vault and floor, respectively, at the 2024 Level 10 Region 1 Regionals. At the Arizona State Championships the same year, Caffall placed second on bars and floor, as well as third all-around and on vault.

"Lexi is a dynamic performer who is fun to watch and is sure to break some records on vault, bars and floor," Bird said.

Isabella Delarosa
Isabella Delarosa is a local product, coming out of Meridian, Idaho, where she competes for Mountain West Gymnastics. She qualified for Level 10 Nationals last season and earned fifth place all-around and fourth place on vault, beam and floor at the 2024 Level 10 Region 2 Regionals. Delarosa placed fourth all-around and second on bars at the Idaho State Championships the same year.

"We have watched Bella transform over the years and are delighted to have her continue her journey at Boise State," Bird said.

Rilyn Harris
Rilyn Harris comes to Boise out of Tucson, Ariz., and competes for Arizona Dynamics. She placed third all-around at the 2023 Arizona State Championships and has also been named to the Principal's Honor Roll at her high school.

"Rilyn will be such a great addition to our team," Bird said. "She is a dynamic gymnast with exciting choreography who will flourish in college."

Miraya Nero
Miraya Nero competes for Omaha Gymnastics Academy out of Omaha, Neb. The incoming Bronco excels in school and has earned Honor Roll and AP Scholar distinctions. Nero has earned a seventh-place finish on bars at 2024 Level 10 Nationals. At Level 10 Region 4 Regionals the same year, she placed first all-around and on bars, second on beam and floor, then third on vault.

"We are so excited about Miraya," Bird said. "She is tiny but mighty and will impress Bronco Nation with her thrilling gymnastics."

Sydnie Whipple
Sydnie Whipple is an Idaho local, coming from Meridian, Idaho. She competes for Mountain West Gymnastics and earned a 12th-place finish on bars at the 2024 Level 10 Nationals. At the Level 10 Region 2 Regionals, Whipple placed fourth all-around, with second place on bars and fourth on floor. She earned Idaho State Championships titles on bars and beam, and also placed second all-around and third on floor.

"Sydnie has been bleeding blue her whole life and we are fired up to have her join our team to be able to compete in front of Bronco Nation," Bird said. "She is going to have a positive influence on all areas of our team."

Nesia Bat Yehudah
Nesia Bat Yehudah joins the Broncos from Plano, Texas, where she competes for Metroplex Gymnastics. At the 2024 Level 10 Nationals, she placed 10th all-around. Yehudah also competed all-around at the Level 10 Region 3 Regionals and the Texas State Championships and placed fifth and third, respectively. Outside of gymnastics, the Texas native is a member of the National Honor Society.

"Nesia has untapped potential," Bird said. "She has grown leaps and bounds as a gymnast in the past two years. She will make an immediate impact for us as a four-event competitor."
