Broncos Split Senior Day Tri-Meet

BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State gymnastics team split a Sunday tri-meet, scoring 196.750 to defeat Utah State (195.950) while falling to No. 17 Oregon State (196.925).

The Broncos opened the meet on vault with a team score of 49.225, their highest of the season on the apparatus. Senior Emily Lopez matched her career-high with a 9.925, tying for first in the event.

On beam, Adriana Popp finished second with a score of 9.900 and Lopez tallied a 9.875 to place third. Blake Pascal led Boise State on floor, scoring 9.900 to tie for first, picking up her first collegiate victory.

Boise State finishes the regular season at 17-5 overall and 5-0 in the Mountain West.
