RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Avery McBride scored two goals and had one assist to guide Boise State women's soccer to a 4-0 victory over UC Riverside, Thursday night.

The Broncos (3-0-0) got on the scoreboard right out of halftime as Jillian Anderson shot one to the back of the net in the 47th minute. McBride was credited with the assist.

McBride decided she wanted in on the action too, scoring less than a minute later from a pass from Carly Cross to extend Boise State's lead to 2-0.

In the 63rd minute, the Broncos were fouled in the box, leaving Morgan Padour with a successful penalty kick.

McBride received a pass from Olivia Collins to score once more in the 84th minute to finalize the Broncos' lead at 4-0.

Genevieve Crenshaw earned the shutout over the Highlanders (1-4-0) with two saves on the night.
