Broncos Announce 2024 Midfielders

BOISE, Idaho – In the second of a four-part series highlighting the full 2024 roster, Boise State women's soccer announces its returning and incoming roster for midfielders.

Morgan Padour, a 2024 Mountain West Women's Soccer Watch List selection, tallied one goal and six assists in 2023. She averaged 0.29 assists per match to place her fifth in the MW last season. She also recorded a match-winning assist in a 2-1 victory against Fresno State in 2023 to clinch Boise State's conference tournament spot.

Redshirt senior Sophie Drown appeared in all 21 matches last season, scoring two goals for four points. She registered a goal in victory over Nevada in the opening round of the MW tournament in 2023.

Jayla Land, Kayla Soderstrom and Grace Sommers played limited minutes last season and return as midfielders for the Broncos.

Freshmen Jillian Anderson and Kaylee McKeehan will suit up for the Broncos for the first time as they, along with redshirt sophomore Chloe Yates, look to make their Boise State debuts.

Boise State will begin its season on Friday, August 16, against Portland State. The match will be held at the Boas Soccer Complex and will begin at 7 p.m. MT.
