Cross Country Recognized with USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

NEW ORLEANS – The Boise State Cross country program saw four athletes, along with the men's and women's teams, earn 2024 U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division I All-Academic honors, Thursday afternoon.
 
Joe Hudson, Yasmin Marghini and Kaiya Robertson each earned their second career selection, while Emily Jobes received the honor for the first time.
 
To earn all-academic athlete distinction, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and place in the top 25 (or top 10 percent) at the NCAA Regional Championships or achieve All-American status at the NCAA Championships.
 
The women's team recorded a 3.58 GPA, while the men posted a 3.47 GPA, both earning team honors for the seventh consecutive year.
 
Teams qualify for all-academic distinction by maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
