
Boise State-Butler Game Time Announced

BOISE, Idaho — Tip off and television network for Boise State's nonconference road game against Butler was announced on Wednesday.

Airing live on truTV, Boise State will travel to Indianapolis and go head-to-head with Butler on Saturday, Dec. 6. Tip off inside Hinkle Fieldhouse is set for 12 p.m. MT.

December's matchup will mark the third time the Broncos and Bulldogs have faced each other, and the first on either team's home court. The two previous meetings took place at neutral sites in Orlando and Las Vegas.

Boise State dropped its first-ever meeting against Butler, 70-56, on Nov. 26, 2023 during the ESPN Events Invitational. Last season, the Broncos defeated the Bulldogs, 100-93, in the quarterfinal round of the inaugural College Basketball Crown on April 2.

Since the start of the 2020-21 season, Boise State has amassed a 34-23 (.596) record in true road games. The last time the Broncos beat a nonconference opponent on the road was Dec. 10, 2022, when the team defeated Saint Louis, 57-52, at Chaifetz Arena.

Boise State opens its 2025-26 campaign in exhibition play against Idaho at ICCU Arena in downtown Boise on Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. MT. The team's regular season opener is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 3 against Hawai'i Pacific at ExtraMile Arena.
