BOISE, Idaho — Boise State Rocket League extended its win streak in Power Esports Conference play Monday night, sweeping Ohio State 3–0 at the Boise State Esports Arena. The victory moved the Broncos to 6–1 on the season and reaffirmed their place atop the PEC standings.
The trio of Cade Hall (Wuzy), Emiliano Flores (Durtho), and Preston Ferrante (Prstn) delivered another composed, high-powered performance that kept the Buckeyes on their heels throughout the series.
Game 1 set the tone as Boise State's attack overwhelmed Ohio State's defense. Ferrante led the charge, netting multiple goals in a 6–1 rout that gave the Broncos early control.
Ohio State showed more resistance in Game 2, managing three goals, but Boise State's offense proved too efficient. The Broncos responded with seven tallies of their own, capped by a last-second double-tap from Flores to close the 7–3 win and move to match point.
The final game brought the most competitive action of the night. Tied 2–2 late, Boise State erupted for four unanswered goals in the final ninety seconds to secure a 6–2 win and complete the sweep.
Now 6–1 in conference play, the reigning PEC champions continue to demonstrate the chemistry and depth that have defined their season.
