BOISE, Idaho – Dani Bayes poured in a career-high 31 points and Boise State routed UC Davis 91-77, Friday night at ExtraMile Arena.

Tatum Thompson added a career-high 26 points and pulled down 14 rebounds for her eighth-career double-double, seven of which have come in her last-18 games.

The Broncos (3-0) shot 64% in a first quarter that featured three ties and nine lead changes and led 18-17 after 10 minutes.

The hot shooting continued in the second quarter for Boise State and the Broncos took a 41-34 lead into the break. Bayes was 4-for-4 from the field, including three shots from beyond the arc, for 11 points in the quarter. As a team, Boise State knocked down six treys in the opening half.

Boise State opened the second half with a 16-3 run to extend its lead to 53-37 over the Aggies (3-1). Bayes and Thompson combined for 19 points in the quarter and the Broncos led 70-56 going into the final stanza.
